Scott Woodburn is from a small town in Western KY called Sacremento. It was in Sacremento that Scott received his calling to ministry that lead him to pursue a bachelor's degree in religious studies at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro KY. Upon graduating Kentucky Wesleyan Scott began studying for his Mdiv at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. During his time in seminary he was appointed to PRP United Methodist Church for 1 year and then started serving as the Associate at Middletown United Methodist Church.
Scott served at Middletown UMC for 5 years until he was appointed as the lead pastor of Shelbyville Centenary UMC. During his time at Middletown he met his wife Erin. They are excited to be serving in the community and look forward to working with the people of Centenary. If you don't see Scott at church you will find him at a local coffee shop or on the golf course.

Kay holds degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and she has previously served churches across Kentucky as director of music ministries. She and her husband, Kevin, have two sons, Keegan and Kyle. Kay enjoys numerous genres of music, sports, books, and movies.
