Our number one goal in ministry to children, youth and vulnerable adults is safety. Therefore all staff and volunteers who have regular and direct contact with children, youth and vulnerable adults shall be required to go through an application process that shall include but is not limited to:
a. Standard Contact Info
b. Interview experience/qualifications for the position
c. Voluntary disclosure of past criminal history, including any criminal charges and/or convictions
d. Waiver of confidentiality allowing the church to secure the Background Checks and references necessary.
e. Background Check done every three years for staff and volunteers.-It is important that all records be kept in confidence and on file in secure place.
f. One to three month trial run with the ministry.
g. End of trial interview.
